3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on ph.taya. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ph.taya employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 3.3 Account Accuracy

4.1 Deposits

All deposits made to your ph.taya account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ph.taya reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. ph.taya does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of ph.taya.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph.taya, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph.taya does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph.taya will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph.taya's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
